1. Steve Vai/ Many of you will disagree with this choice for many reasons.  I hope you to agree with me, EVERY FUCKIN LIST HAS JIMI HENDRIX AT ONE! Hendrix a great guitarists but there is so many people better... he dies, and becomes a god.  Steve Vai brings such an amazing vibe and is such a good player.  He seems to hit every note to perfection, its only an opinion of him being the best ever. Disagree with me or not, hes my favorite.

2. Frank Zappa/ A guitar genious that nobody seems to give credit too... i look at him on guitar lists 30, 45, im thinking WTF! If you respect guitar and have heard some of Zappas best work, you will see HE FUCKIN ROCKS.  Producing his own cds, all his own music, everything origional, his lyrics about everything, he is the most underated guitar genious. Sidenote: Steve Vai began his career playing backup for Frank zappa and the Mothers of Invention

3. Eric Clapton/ I Dont need to put in a whole explanation for this choice. Anyone in the right mind knows hes a rock and blues guitar genious.

4. Joe Satriani/ Another underated genious.  His guitar so experimental and wierd, everything from boogie, to techno, to rock, to metal, he is one of the most experimental guitarists.  He puts together a G3(great 3) tour everyear, Usually containing himself, steve vai, and another guitar god.  Also known to be a great guitar teacher. Disciples: Steve Vai, Kirk Hammet, Slash, and many more.  Has influenced many.

5. Stevie Ray Vaughan/ Unbeleivabley blues guitarist.  So many people say Jimi Hendrix best ever. Listen to Stevie Ray Vaughan's cover of hendrix's Voodo child... it will blow your mind.
